Direct measurement of heart rate during exercise is the most accurate way to gauge performance. Using a heart rate monitor makes it possible to train at your own ideal pace and intensity, maximizing your training benefits.

Heart rate monitor capabilities are available on PM2, PM2+, PM3, and PM4 monitors. The heart rate equipment you can use depends on which monitor you have.

Concept2 offers the following accessories for monitoring your heart rate. Please review the information carefully and check compatibility with the monitor and any heart rate equipment you might already own.

Note: The purchase of a PM4 monitor includes a built-in heart rate receiver using ANT technology and a Suunto chest belt transmitter.

Concept2 provides a Suunto chest belt with every PM4; no additional equipment is required to display your heart rate on a PM4.
