Firmware is the software that runs in your PM4 or PM3.
Concept2 recommends running the most current Firmware available. The version you require depends on the monel and age of your monitor.
Firmware updates are done through Concept2's LogCard Utility, which you can download below. The LogCard Utility will automatically provide you with the correct version for your PM3 or PM4.
There are two current versions of PM3 firmware:
- Version 101 (released Nov 2007)
- Version 304 (released Oct 2008)
There are two current versions of PM4 firmware:
- Version 21 (released Nov 2007)
- Version 306 (released Oct 2008)
