The wall mounting hardware is included and the PM4 includes a Suunto ANT belt.

The Heart Interface Complete consists of the Heart Rate Receiver & Cable plus a Polar Chest Belt transmitter.

If you wish to monitor your heart rate while rowing and already have a Polar or compatible chest belt transmitter you will need this receiver and cable.

The Heartbeat Kit includes the heart rate receiver & cable, Polar chest belt transmitter and Polar FS1 watch.

The damper replacement kit is for the model C rower. It replaces the lever on the side which allows you to alter the resistance level and air flow into the flywheel.
