The first place to start is probably the C2 Training Guide. Over 200 pages long, and with a host of top contributors that include former BBC Coach of the Year Jurgen Grobler and three-times Olympic rowing coach Terry O'Neill, the Guide is a comprehensive look at everything to do with indoor rowing, covering things such as technique, nutrition, weight-training and building your own fitness programme.

There's plenty of other information to discover on this site as well. It's just a matter of browsing the site and hopefully you will be able to the answer to any questions you might have.
