3 x 21 min with cadence increase / 4 min easy

Ride three 21 minute pieces. Ride the first six minutes @ 70 rpm. Then five minutes @ 75 rpm, four @ 80, three @ 85, two @ 90 and one @ 95. Ride for four minutes easily between the pieces.
