ErgData Feature: Sharing Workouts
Our free app ErgData is your personal training partner, serving as your connection to the Concept2 community. You can choose to erg together with other members of the community on the Real Time Loop, set up workouts straight from ErgData and store them as favorites, take part in the Concept2 Workout of the Day, view additional statistics and information during workouts, track and analyze your progress and more.

It’s been a year since the new release of our free app, ErgData. In that time, roughly 242,000 unique users have uploaded 7.5 million workouts. It’s currently used by 85% of all Concept2 Online Logbook users and is growing steadily!

The Real Time Loop on our 
The Tabata workout has been around for a while now—a testament to its effectiveness. First studied by Izumi Tabata in 1996, the workout format was being used by the Japanese National Speed Skating team with good success. Tabata workouts were found to produce similar improvements in aerobic fitness to those produced by longer aerobic workouts. The addition of Tabatas to your training will add anaerobic benefits to your fitness routine.
