Atlantic Crossing
Start: Early December
Route: San Sebastián, La Gomera (Canary Islands) → English Harbour, Antigua
Distance: ~ 3,000 miles
Atmosphere: Teams from around the globe gather in the race village to prepare for the mighty Atlantic. The energy is electric as crews share the same goal: to row across an ocean.
Pacific Crossing
Start: June
Route: Monterey, California → Hanalei Bay, Kaua’i
Distance: ~2,800 miles
Experience: Crews follow the path of historic explorers, facing the mid-Pacific’s unpredictable conditions. The finish line at Hanalei Bay is as breathtaking as the journey is demanding.
