Training Plans
Concept2 has a number of training plans to help you get fit over a range of distances or time.
Before trying these plans, please read our liability disclaimer.
- From Couch to Consistency: a plan designed for those who want to start exercising regularly
- 2000m 12-week: for those wanting to improve their 2000m time
- 2000m 4-week: for those who have a bit less time to improve their 2000m time
- 5000m plan: For those aiming to do a 5k erg test
- 500m plan: One for the sprinters
- Four minute plan: to help those people who need to do a four minute test
- 1000m BikeErg plan: designed specially to help those who need to do 1k on the BikeErg
Third-Party Training Plans
As well as our own plans, you can find a number of training program involving Concept2 equipment from third-party coaches.
- Grit Performance: features plans for the RowErg, SkiErg and BikeErg, as well as any combination of these. You can choose to include other movements such as burpees or running.
- HWPO MOVE 100: Features 100 workouts with functional fitness movements, RowErg, SkiErg, and BikeErg that are straightforward, scalable and fun. Get a head start on your 2026 goals and finish the last 100 days of 2025 even stronger than you started.
